This information is collected solely for the purpose of sending our newsletter, if you have opted in, and for communication regarding volunteer registration for the festival.

Information from partners and third-party providers: Information we receive from our partners, such as Dialog eXe (ebillett.no) – the provider of our ticket sales service.
Employees of the Ramaskrik Film Festival have access to EmailOctopus (emailoctopus.com), our newsletter distribution provider. Employees have signed a non-disclosure agreement regarding the processing of information registered in the system.
4. Where is the information collected from?
Ramaskrik collects information through forms on our website www.ramaskrik.no based on:
– sign up for our newsletter
– sign up as a festival volunteer
We also collect information from Dialog eXe when you purchase tickets for our events through that platform.
5. Who do we share personal data with?
We share personal data with companies that provide technical and administrative services to us, such as IT suppliers. In our case, this includes Dialog eXe for ticket purchases; Webflow.com and Make.com for newsletter sign-ups; and EmailOctopus for distributing our newsletters. We have agreements in place with these providers to ensure your privacy is protected.
We may also share anonymized information with partners for purposes such as market analysis and service development.
6. How long do we store personal data?
